beehub connects farmers with beekeepers and meliponiculturists who are registered on the platform and are interested in performing the activity. The user who offers their hives for rental agrees to maintain the hives in adequate health and strength conditions, as assessed by beehub. The requester makes the rental payment to Beehype, the entity responsible for the beehub platform. The beekeeper or meliponiculturist will receive payment for the service after the completion of the work by Beehype, or as agreed between the involved parties.

It is the responsibility of all those involved in agriculture to adopt sustainable practices, share accurate information, and collaborate to ensure a healthy and productive agricultural environment.

beehub is a platform and is not responsible for the possible loss of hives for any reason.

Registration:

To use beehub, you must register. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and updated information about yourself. BeeHub respects users' privacy, as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities:

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activities that occur under their account. By using BeeHub, you agree not to use the platform for illegal activities or activities that violate these terms.

Farmer:

Not omitting important information related to pollination and the use of agricultural pesticides can result in serious consequences for bees, the environment, and those involved. It is essential to act responsibly.

Intentional or negligent omission of relevant information, such as dates of pesticide application or pollination scheduling, can result in bee mortality and significant financial losses.

Those involved in agriculture have the legal responsibility to protect bees and other pollinators. Violating environmental regulations can lead to legal penalties.

Bee mortality has a negative impact on the ecosystem, affecting the pollination of other plants and biodiversity. Losing bee colonies due to exposure to pesticides can result in significant environmental and financial losses.
